We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund.
Eligibility:
· Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
· Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received (except if damaged on arrival).
How to Request a Return

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
3. We’ll send you return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping
· Our Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item), we cover the return shipping.
· Customer’s Responsibility: For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
· Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
· Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, please return it following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order hasn’t been processed or shipped.
To cancel your order:
· Email us at support@prospely.com with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.
· If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may still be eligible for a return after receiving it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

· Gift cards
· Digital downloads (if applicable)
· Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or defective)
